Visionary is my first language

Granddaughter of an inventor of a generation of Soviet analog computers and of an editor-in-chief of leading Soviet magazines

Now, in 2026, I created AWE Maria, a self-evolving multi-agent AI. Together we came up with a new startup that I am now launching

Track record

I forecast which startup, idea, technology, product or territory will take off — and when. Below, my year on the left and the year the world caught up on the right

In 2007, I saw the technology adoption chasm, and it stunned me more than Michelangelo’s Pietà: I saw myself in its tail. Right then I decided I must always be in the first two: the innovators or the early adopters, and to become a founder. Since then I dive into every new technology

2012my idea

I came up with FaceFriend, where your face is the second-factor key to your cloud data on any device

Face ID came in 2017

2012my talk

At the conference, I described AI that instantly turns an idea into a prototype: generative art, “generative invention,” now known as vibe coding, the atrophy of all skills but formulating ideas, vanishing professions

a decade
2022

ChatGPT and mass-market generative models; the risks named in that talk became the industry’s agenda

2018my idea

I came up with the idea of investing in people and raised a six-figure sum in myself

2021

Libermans.Co invited me to advise a project built on the same idea, later backed by Sam Altman

2022my call

I called for a Parliament of AI, where models argue and check each other

a few years
later

Andrej Karpathy built LLM debates — and later multi-agent systems on different models became the industry standard

2026now

In 2026 it grew into AWE Maria. Built it from the idea I voiced in 2022: AI needs a parliament of models

How I do it

My Visionary Framework maps the ecosystem and its key players, each audience’s main pains, a branching timeline of future scenarios and a map of deviations by industry, from hyper-success to hyper-failure, black swans included

A short description is in the PDF at the bottom of this page

Libermans.Co product vision · 2021–2022

Libermans.Co is a pioneer of investing in people, backing founders directly. I came up with this model in 2018 and raised a six-figure sum in myself that same year. Three years later the Liberman brothers were launching a startup on the same idea and brought me in as an advisor. The project’s investors included Sam Altman, and the model was covered by The New York Times and The New Yorker

A role close in scope to a CEO’s, alongside the CEO and the Liberman brothers: what the product is, how it is made, how it looks and thinks, whom it is for and who speaks for it — vision, positioning and a love brand as one responsibility · helped raise the pre-seed round

On AI, the future, the universe and everything

I speak on AI, technology and the future — invited speaker at Geek Picnic (30,000 participants) — and host expert discussions at FutureTok, more than 50 sessions, contributing my own view as a visionary

I speak on entrepreneurship and the neuroscience of creative thinking — the tool I use for founders’ thinking: an original course at BHSAD (top 10 teachers by students’ choice, 2014), guest lectures at Lomonosov MSU, talks at Skolkovo Demo Day, HSE University, MIPT, MADS, Red Apple Festival and Wordshop BBDO (also the diploma commission)

Recommended trainer for the global teams of Cheil, Shell and Samsung

I work with audiences of any size — from a 1,000-seat hall to a circle of 5–12 people, and more often choose close contact. On stage since age six

You can invite me to give a talk, to host an expert discussion or a brainstorm, or to run a founder cohort as a mentor. Write on Telegram or LinkedIn
Successful products are invented by those who travel and have sex

Red Apple Festival, 2014 · the talk on YouTube · Cossa, 2014

My ideas travel on their own: my line from a 2014 talk reached more than 20 million people and held a place in the top ten of local search for six years

Mentor to founders · since 2014

Even as a mentor I stay a visionary

Who I work with C-level executives of two unicorns, advisers to top officials, founders of media and charitable foundations, founders with multi-million-dollar rounds; startups from the US, UK, EU and UAE. Mentoring founders since 2014, active practice since 2019; more than 1,000 hours of consultations and more than 350 applications from around the world

I mentor founders on where the economy and technology are heading, and how to succeed in a fast-changing world. Even as a mentor I stay a visionary: I explain how the world will change so a founder can choose a direction, help them hear themselves and clear up their picture of the future

My method combines creative techniques and neuroscience. It surfaces a founder’s real motives and state, blind spots and self-deception, so goals become realistic and get reached over the long run

I also teach founders to be memorable: how to find an idea nobody else would voice, and how to present it so people recognise them and repeat their words

I have been through it myself: Soupmates (profitable from the fourth month, sold), a Claustrophobia franchise, Dodo Pizza (franchisee of 5 pizzerias), FutureTok, AWE Maria — and more than 16 years in leadership roles

Where it comes from

A specialized physics and math class at school · Master’s degree, HSE University · Gnesin Academy of Music, jazz vocals · neuroscience at Harvard (edX) · Robert Sapolsky’s Human Behavioral Biology (Stanford) · Elements of AI (University of Helsinki) · neuroeconomics (École normale supérieure)

Bunin Medal for Literature, 2021

After a specialized physics and math class, I studied directing, marketing, screenwriting and design. Interdisciplinarity became my own value

What I love most is when someone can explain Nietzsche in the terms of quantum physics

My three passions: talking with the future · the neurobiology of creative thinking · seeing people in their greatest version and showing it to them

I believe interdisciplinarity will be the first language of the next 10 years
